All products purchased directly through beeblockerpro.com are intended solely for personal, residential, or commercial end-use by the purchasing party, unless purchased through an authorized, contractual Wholesale/Distributor agreement with us.

• Unauthorized Marketplace Resale Prohibited: You are strictly prohibited from reselling, redistributing, or listing Carpenter Bee Blocker Pro® products on third-party online marketplaces—including, but not limited to, Amazon, eBay, Walmart Marketplace, TikTok Shop, or Mercari—without our explicit, prior written authorization signed by an officer of the Company.
• Intellectual Property & Brand Protection: Any unauthorized use of our trademarks, brand assets, product images, trade dress, or proprietary listing copy on third-party channels constitutes willful intellectual property infringement and tortious interference with business operations, subject to immediate legal action and intellectual property enforcement claims.

3. Orders, Pricing, and Payments

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order placed with us for any reason, including suspected fraudulent activity, unauthorized wholesale purchasing, or inventory errors.

• Pricing & Taxes: All prices displayed on the site are in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated. Prices are subject to change without notice. Applicable state, local, or international customs taxes and shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
• Payment Methods: You agree to provide valid, complete, and accurate billing and contact information. You authorize us (and our third-party payment processors) to charge your payment method for all orders placed under your account.

4. Shipping, Delivery, and International Fulfillment

We ship products directly and through logistics fulfillment partners (including Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment). Delivery times provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

• Shipping Accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided during checkout is complete and correct. We are not responsible for shipments delayed, lost, or misrouted due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
• Risk of Loss: All purchases are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Title and risk of loss for items pass to you upon our delivery of the parcel to the shipping carrier.
• Cross-Border & Customs Fees: For international orders, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Any foreign import duties, tariffs, VAT, or customs clearance charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Restocking Fees

We take pride in our product engineering and standards. However, refunds and returns are evaluated strictly according to the following rules:

• 30-Day Defective Product Review: If you receive a defective or damaged product, you may submit a request for an inspection and refund review within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. Requests must include valid proof of purchase and clear photographic evidence of the defect. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
• Restocking Fee for Bulk Orders: Approved returns for orders exceeding $1,000.00 USD are subject to a mandatory $667.00 USD restocking, processing, and handling fee, which will be deducted from any final approved refund amount.
• Non-Refundable Items: Custom orders, bulk distributor allocations, and products damaged through improper installation, alteration, or misuse are strictly non-refundable.

6. Limited Manufacturer Warranty & Usage Disclaimer

Carpenter Bee Blocker Pro® products come with a limited warranty against original defects in materials and structural workmanship under normal, intended installation conditions.

• Scope of Coverage: This warranty strictly covers product material replacement for defective units. It does not cover labor, installation tools, property damage, wood decay, or secondary pest activity.
• Exclusions: This warranty does not apply to damages caused by: (a) failure to follow official installation guidelines; (b) misuse, negligence, or physical alteration; (c) improper wood structural maintenance; or (d) extreme weather events and natural disasters.
• Extermination Disclaimer: Carpenter Bee Blocker Pro® products are physical deterrence and structural closure tools. While engineered for maximum efficiency, we do not claim or guarantee complete pest eradication on every structure, as structural conditions, wood moisture, and pest pressure vary widely.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Carpenter Bee Blocker Pro®, its founders, officers, directors, employees, partners, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with:

• Your access to, use of, or inability to use our products or website;
• Any personal injury, property damage, wood rot, or structural harm resulting from pest activity or product installation;
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.

In no event shall our total cumulative liability to you for all claims, damages, or losses exceed the total amount paid by you to Carpenter Bee Blocker Pro® for the specific product or order giving rise to the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Carpenter Bee Blocker Pro®, its parent entities, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms, unauthorized resale of our products, or improper installation and use of the products.

9. Intellectual Property Ownership

All content, trademarks, service marks, logos, trade names, product designs, patents, software code, and media on beeblockerpro.com are the exclusive intellectual property of Carpenter Bee Blocker Pro® and its parent entities.
